Returns & Refunds Policy
We understand how important it is to love what you buy! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Luxe Jewellery purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of it being delivered. We just ask that you meet the following requirements:
-The jewellery must be unworn.
-The original packaging needs to be included
Contact us within 7 days of receipt of package via email so we can process your return/exchange.
– All shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the order was damaged)
– Return shipping on undamaged jewellery must be paid for by the customer
– For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
– There are no returns or exchanges on sale items
– Rings sizes are clearly marked and cannot be returned or refunded due to incorrect sizing.
– Luxe Jewellery inspects all merchandise for defects, damage, and discoloration prior to shipment so it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us immediately about any imperfections.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancellation, but if the order has not shipped, we will gladly cancel and refund your payment
